I am going to be honest, the first time I had a Bibimbap was just because I had no idea what it was and I wanted to say it out loud. Damn was I glad I did. This is definitely one of my favourite dishes because you get such different flavours in each bite. That being said, this was much easier to make than I would have thought and I got to try to use my Sous Vide to try and make a soft poached egg!

I plan to eat this for days because of how good it is. It might look like a pain due to the waiting and simmering time but I barely noticed it.

I have never cooked with mussels before but have always really liked theme so I thought this would be a perfect time. Also, my friend made paella recently and it looked really good and I wanted to try my hand at it.
Since I am still making dishes for /r/52weeksofcooking, I decided to make it a little more interesting, I decided to make each meal with a drink. I have only had horchata in a restaurant and via a powder so I decided to make it myself and holy hell this was delicious.
This is a basic rice dish that I use for many side dishes when making many different types of dishes. The best part is that it is extremely customisable to however you want to make it. Bonus, is that it is really easy and quick.
