This is a hot chili powder that I have been making for years. The quite crude name came from my friend who got it from the show, Eastbound & Down
- Grind up all ingredients in a coffee grinder until completely mixed.
The Microcrystalline Cellulose acts as an anti-caking agent but it is optional. The cinnamon is a max of 1/2 teaspoon, adjust according to your taste.
