This is a hot chili powder that I have been making for years. The quite crude name came from my friend who got it from the show, Eastbound & Down

Ingredients

7 Dried Ghost Chilles
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
teaspon 1/2 Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Microcrystalline Cellulose

Steps

  1. Grind up all ingredients in a coffee grinder until completely mixed.

The Microcrystalline Cellulose acts as an anti-caking agent but it is optional. The cinnamon is a max of 1/2 teaspoon, adjust according to your taste.
